Hamilton's Story
Hamilton is a sweet young pup, who’s super cute, energetic, playful, and has the most adorable floppy ears! Hamilton is still a young dog, and would benefit from more basic training, with lots of positive reinforcement and yummy treats to help him on his quest to be the best boy. Hamilton can get a little excited when meeting new people, but he’s super friendly and playful, he just needs a little more training on meeting and greeting. If his new family can continue to work on clicker training with him that would be an added bonus!
And as he’s such a bright spark, Hamilton would not only benefit from physical activities, but also mental stimulation too; nose work, learning tricks, or agility training would be a great way to channel Hamilton’s natural energy and enthusiasm and help build a fabulous connection with his family too!

Meet Hamilton
Join us for our Spring Adopt-A-Thon from May 3rd-11th at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center (1997 N. Clybourn Ave)! We will be extending our hours and adding appointments to help many homeless pets find their families this spring. All animals with the "Spring AAT" banner will be at our adoption center ready to meet you! Please note that the adoption fee still applies.
If you are interested in adopting this pet, there are a few steps you must complete before scheduling an appointment at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center:
- Please start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they are a good fit for your home.
- After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
- Finally, schedule an appointment at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center! During your appointment, you will be able to meet all currently-adoptable animals at our Lincoln Park Adoption Center.
