Meet Herbert, an adorable 5-month-old bully breed puppy who quickly rose to fame after his adorable grin won over America's heart. He is currently spending time with a foster family getting some TLC while recovering from the Canine Influenza Virus, but will be available for adoption in a couple of weeks.
