Type of Foster Home:
Fleur would love a foster home while she waits to get adopted! Fleur is an adorable young pup that would benefit from a short stint in foster! She's extremely smart, trainable, and learns new tricks very quickly! She would do best in a home with older children, and while she does like other dogs, she can play pretty rough, so a younger, more playful dog that can match her energy would be ideal!
How to Foster Fleur:
New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and completing the Foster Care Application. Veteran foster parents can email acfoster@pawschicago.org to schedule a pickup appointment.
Fleur is available for foster pick-up through the Adoption Center at 1997 N. Clybourn Ave. or at our Medical Center at 3516 W. 26th St.

If you’re interested in adopting this pet, please complete the following steps:
1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!
2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.
Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!
