Finn's Story

Type of Foster Home:

Finn would love a foster home while he waits to get adopted! Finn would love a foster home while he waits to get adopted! He is looking for an experienced foster, adults-only home, and a home where he'd be the only pet. Finn is smart, cuddly, and is a very quick learner! He may be a little reactive towards other dogs, so a home in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood would be idea.

How to Foster Finn:

New fosters can take the first step by learning about fostering and completing the Foster Care Application. Veteran foster parents can email acfoster@pawschicago.org to schedule a pickup appointment.

Finn is available for foster pick-up through the Adoption Center at 1997 N. Clybourn Ave. or at the Medical Center at 3516 W. 26th St.

Meet Finn

Finn can’t wait to meet you!

If you’re interested in adopting this pet, please complete the following steps:

1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!

2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.

3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.

Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!
