Aurora and Linne (PAWS Names Aurora and Kilio)

Hello to the volunteer adoption team at PAWS-

The girls are doing great so far. We’re pleased to let you know that Linne (pronounced “Lin-nay’), who was called Kilio when she came to us from Paws, is gradually coming out of her intitial shyness. She demands to be brushed every day and will voluntarily climb up on someone’s lap to be brushed. The first week or two that she was with us, she ran from one hiding place to another, so this is a big step for her. She still can be shy at times but we think that she’ll eventually relax. When she is in “her” chair, she will allow us to pet her and rub her ears. Sometimes you can even pick her up, if you’re seated when she approaches you. Aurora, her sister, is so different- she demands to be included in any activity and is super playful– runs around first thing every morning playing with her toys for about an hour, then has to take a nap.She seems to think that she’s still a kitten, and not seven years old. Attached is a picture of the girls just hanging out.

Kind regards,
Marcia
