Order a tribute card online and we’ll personalize and send it for you or order by phone at 773-475-9470. Donors of $500 or more may have the name and photo of the person or pet the donation is in honor or memory of posted on the PAWS Chicago Web site.

Donors of $100-$499 may have their names posted on the PAWS Chicago Web Site and Angel Tales magazine honoring/memorializing the person or pet the donation is in honor or memory of.

Donations of $25 or more may request to have a tribute card sent to the person or family the donation is made in memory or honor of. For Standard cards or Special Occasion Tribute Cards, please select the options below.
