Also, she is a cuddle bug! That's one of the things we love about her too. She is very independent but come nap time or just relaxing, she wants to cuddle up with you and even goes under the blanket.
Johanna's Story
Johanna, now name Tessa has been a handful puppy but a wonderful addition to our pack. Our biggest worry was her not getting along with our 2 year old rat terrier/border collie mix (who we also adopted from Paws). Well that's out the window on the first day she came home with us. They are inseparable and could not get enough of each other! Nikko has taken over the big brother role with flying colors. He corrects her when needed and pampers her with love and grooming.
Tessa has been doing well with potty training as well. She has been doing her business outside and only at times she would have accidents in the house. Although she trickles now and then when she gets excited but in time I know that would go away when she matures. She has quite the personality. She follows Nikko everywhere and copies him with almost anything! She does well with walks and warms up easily with women first before going to the men. She knows basic commands and we are still training her with boundaries and manners. She also has an amazing appetite!! She is now a whopping 20lbs.
