She is absolutely amazing! Quite possibly the best dog I've ever had in my family.
Red's Story
She is absolutely amazing! Quite possibly the best dog I've ever had in my family. And my fiancé, Don, adores her too. Her new name is "Red" and we can't walk her 3 feet without someone stopping to ooh and awe over her sweet little face and fluffy body. She has a fabulous disposition and is pretty smart. She's on her way to being housebroken (in a high rise! Go Red!) and is getting used to using the potty bells. She is a huge lovebug, and prefers to be cuddled up to her people whenever she isn't running around or exploring or chewing on things (working on that!). She's equally sassy and we love seeing her little personality come through. She loves the grassy park (on leash but running like a banshee!) and has been slowly, but happily, meeting neighborhood dogs. She's becoming pretty popular on our street with other dog owners, and we even met a PAWS volunteer. Red is fitting in perfectly with our little family and it can only go up from here as she is more independent and is housebroken.
She learned "sit" within a couple days and naturally sits in the elevator now for rides. She knows her name and is figuring out "come." She's pretty good with crate training as well. For now we have not signed her up for training classes, but will in the future as she matures and our schedules permit.
