Nikko's Story
Nikko is doing very well.
Nikko is enjoyable, sweet, cuddly and kind. When he first arrived, he chose our daughter as his person and was avoiding the rest of the family. He is now running to greet the rest of the household when we enter the home or wake in the morning. He is beginning to share and spread his warmth and love!
Nikko is learning to share toys and bones with our other dog, Rosco. They enjoy playing and running through the house together. They also enjoy wrestling in the snowy yard together! Nikko can be a bit stubborn and can't be talked in to doing anything he doesn't want to do...
We have purchased a puzzle bowl for Nikko's meals and it has slowed him down considerably! The bowl has made feeding the two dogs much easier. Nikko is still a bit mouthy and wants to chew everything he finds. He is still struggling with housetraining but I think my daughter is being more vigilant now.
