Hello, I'm Luci
We have now had her for 2 months and she is doing AMAZING.
Luci's Story
We renamed her Luna, as a good friend of ours has a puppy named Lucy, it was a little confusing for all of us. She plays with the cat all day long, constantly running back the length of the apartment, and usually has some sort of toy or bone with her or near her. She loves snuggling and taking naps during the day after a long walk around the neighborhood.
She has been on many car ride adventures and does great in the car. She loves camping, walking on the trails and smelling all that nature has for her. As well as meeting all of her new dog friends. We have also come to find she is not a huge fan of swimming; but this is something we will work on a bit with her as we are constantly at our pool or a lake throughout the summer.
We are currently taking obedience classes at the Petco across the street. She has been a star student since starting. Luna is a quick learner and an all around wonderful dog; except when she finds the Kleenex boxes. Our only difficulty with her is her separation anxiety which is causing a lot of barking, loud, high pitched barking. We have been working on this for the last month intensely and struggling a bit. As soon as you get home though she is right back in your arms wanting to love you and play.
