Hello, I'm Loki
He is a well-loved member of the neighborhood in Old Town and has made great friends with many other local dogs!
Loki's Story
Every single time I take him out on a walk I have someone commenting on how beautiful he is. He is so sweet and also wicked smart - he has outsmarted us on many occasions much to our dismay! A favorite trick of his is to get one of us to come onto the floor to play with him or rub his belly. Loki then swaps seats once we're on the floor - now Loki has the best seat on the couch and we are on the floor wondering how this happened! Another trait that we're finding hilarious is that he will go out of his way to be comfortable eg. if you put a pillow on the floor, he will immediately run to sit on it, and he always manages to find a way to be leaning against the throw pillows on the couch.
Once a week, Loki goes to a dog daycare on a farm in Indiana to run and play in the woods all day (see attached picture) and he has an absolute ball. He comes back absolutely exhausted and really happy (see other attached picture). If you have any adopters whose high-energy dogs need something more than the traditional dog daycare, I highly recommend Dog Country Dog Camp, they've been wonderful to work with and Loki loves their staff.
