It's been two weeks since we adopted Flower, who now goes by "Lilith", and we couldn't love her more. Our first few days together as a family were hard. Lilith was nervous in her new surroundings, and her new parents were just as anxious about being sure we were providing a good home and the proper care. After a long week of around the clock playing, snuggling, and napping, everyone settled into their new normal. Lilith is sweet, loving, playful, smart, and silly; but that doesn't mean she isn't a little rascal sometimes like when she makes a fort out of the couch cushions or chases squirrels instead of taking her potty break. This 13 year old gal still has a lot of spunk! Favorite past times include cuddling on the couch, belly rubs, rolling on fuzzy rugs, laying in the sun, and napping.
