In honor of the day we got her, we renamed our pup Harper.
Harper's Story
We adopted “Shirley” from the Highland Park PAWS on Saturday, January 19th during winter storm Harper. In honor of the day we got her, we renamed our pup Harper. We have been in love with her since the moment we took her home. It is just my husband and me at home and Harper has bonded with both of us. She loves to cuddle and we are happy to indulge her. She cuddles with us when we watch TV and in bed before she goes into her crate. In general, she does well in her crate. We started puppy school last week at the same Petco where PAWS is located. The trainer was very impressed with how smart she is and how quickly she has picked up some of her commands. We are thrilled with Harper.
