Bitsy's Story
Adopting Bella (FKA Bitsy) was the best decision I could have made, we are bonding great and she is such a good Girl. We started training together last week, she is already doing much better then I am. She Sits on command, actually started to do this prior to training. After the first few days for her to come out of her shell and get used to her new surroundings, she now feels at home. First day, she wouldn't move from the rug by the front door. I had to actually carry her upstairs to get her into her crate. By day 2, she gave up the rug by the door, and followed me everywhere, wouldn't leave my side. Bella has been great with other dogs in the area, biggest problem is, most of them are 10 or older and she is still only a year old, so more active then they are. She is great with the kids in the neighborhood, and gets a long with everyone. Next week, we are looking at taking our first trip to the dog park.
