is looking for an active owner who can give him plenty of exercise and is interested in continued training. He would do best with children 15+. Stop by our Pippen Fasseas Adoption Center at 1997 N. Clybourn Ave., in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood.
Are you an active person who loves going for runs or mile long walks? Do you enjoy the great outdoors and have a passion for exercising and always being out and about? Then Bear just might be the dog version of you! Bear is a big and goofy boy who is always looking for something to do! Whether it be playing in the sprinkler, going for a long stroll through the neighborhood, or putting his brain to work in training class, Bear loves it all! He is looking for an experienced, adults-only household with someone who is strong and confident in handling this beefy guy. Although Bear has worked a lot with our trainers here at PAWS and is a very smart boy, he is still learning to mind his manners and will need to find a family who is willing to continue his training in the future.
Bear spent a short amount of time in a foster home where his foster mom reported that he enjoys riding in the car, chewing on cow hoofs, and loved playing around in puddles! He is affectionate and playful and his dashingly good looks are hard to resist. Bear bonds quickly with people and he has a passion for playing fetch and his all-time favorite game to play is tug of war! Got a pocket full of treats? Bear would love to eat them all! He is always looking for a reward and he knows he’ll get one if he’s being a good boy. If you think this handsome dog is starting to sound like the perfect match for you, then you have to come and meet him! You just may walk out with your new best friend!
