Dominique's Story
Dominique is a happy, playful pup who sometimes forgets that she’s a big gal! She is energetic and smart and ready to tackle any activity you throw at her! Walks and puzzle toys enrich her day and keep her engaged. A handful of treats help to redirect her focus to the activity on hand.
Dominique’s ideal family would be one committed to continuing her training and helping her navigate her new world. A canine companion could help ease her into it. A daily dose of physical and mental exercise will allow this energetic girl to mature into her best self. And please be liberal with the treats!!

1. Start by taking our ComPETibility Quiz to make sure they’re a good fit for your home. Your ComPETibility Score will help you compare your home to each pet’s needs!
2. After completing your ComPETibility Quiz, you will be emailed a link to complete your Adoption Application.
3. After finishing the adoption application, complete the Adoption Inquiry Form! Once this form is submitted, our Adoption Team will take a look at your adoption inquiry and reach out within a few days.
Please note that while we can’t place holds on adoptable animals for your scheduled appointment, there are always plenty of homeless pets looking for a home! If you don’t meet the perfect pet, please feel free to complete a new Adoption Inquiry Form or visit our Adoption Center. Walk-ins are always welcome, but appointments are recommended for a more efficient visit!
