Hello, I'm Tyrannosaurus

She was purring and cuddly since day one. We call her our "Queen of Isla Nublar" since all the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park were females with the Tyrannosaurs ruling over them.

Tyrannosaurus's Story

"We had originally planned to wait until next year to adopt a cat. We had picked our new apartment purposely for getting some kind of animal because we felt our family wasn't complete. I was surfing the web at the cats up for adoption after a rough day of school just to cheer myself up when I found Tyrannosaurs. I had to show my boyfriend her picture because he is such a big dinosaur fan and it seemed too perfect. After one day of fighting over it, two days of planning, and one day to wait for the Cubs playoff game to pass, we went to go meet her. After five minutes, she told us she picked us, and home we went! It was a perfect anniversary present for the both us and a birthday present for my boyfriend. (Our ann. was six days before we got her and the day after his birthday.)

Life has been perfect since then!! She was purring and cuddly since day one. We call her our "Queen of Isla Nublar" since all the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park were females with the Tyrannosaurs ruling over them. Her bed is by the window since she loves looking at the window. She 'roars' at us when we come though the door or if she can hear us from the other room. She won't stop until we give her attention, and attention she gets! We are lucky we get up early seeing as she like to wake us up at five am! (One of us teaches while the other just went back to school to finish getting a degree!)

She is really good with small animals (like her bunny 'cousin' Braxton), but she is not too sure about dogs yet (like her 'Aunt' Samantha) but we are working on that since the hope is a few years we will have a cat AND dog friendly place and add a dog to the family. Until then, we can't imagine not having her in our family. She completes our family!"
