Hello, I'm Tina

We're really pleased we adopted Tina. She's a lovely cat and just fits in so well with us!

Tina's Story

Tina is getting on really well with us!  We'd already had her for a few weeks prior to adopting her, so not much changed once we officially could say she was part of our family!   We've kept her name as Tina. She responded to it, plus it's cute and a bit ridiculous at the same time! She suits it.

One of Tina's favourite things is to run around manically every morning. She makes a racket running from room to room and up and down the stairs. She has a cute noise she makes when she does it - it sounds like a gremlin or a turkey!

Tina has her favourite spots to sleep in and on, mainly involving cardboard boxes, but she's exploring the joys of an actual chair now. Whatever she sleeps on, she likes to be on the edge. There have been quite a few times where we've had to save her from falling off something or we've watched her tumble off!

Tina has also been great at being put into a harness with a lead. She LOVES going outside and exploring our two balconies and the garden area below. She likes to watch the birds, watch people going into their houses and is very interested in the dogs next door. Every morning she waits at the balcony door, ready to get harnessed up and go outside - Tina's very dog-like in that way!

One thing Tina still has an issue with is doors being closed. We woke up in the early hours of this morning to hear her bashing the closed doors of the alcove to where our washer and dryer are kept. We're working on getting her used to the fact that sometimes, doors are closed!

We're really pleased we adopted Tina. She's a lovely cat and just fits in so well with us!
