He has brought so much happiness to our lives and he seems to be very happy with us!
Max's Story
Everything is going great so far! We changed his name from Forrest Friend (given to him at PAWS) to Max. When we first brought him home he was easily startled and only wanted to socialize with Kyle and I but over the past few weeks he has really opened up! He loves to cuddle with friends and family that come to visit. He eats well, hasn't thrown up or missed the litter box and doesn't claw our furniture. He loves to explore new places like the closets or under beds and he is obsessed with the bathtub and showers. He is totally perplexed by the sound of the shower and comes running whenever we turn it on. He sits on the side of the tub if anyone is using it- he even likes to take baths himself! We think he likes the steam/warmth or maybe the sound? Either way we find it very brave of him as most cats hate water!! He is our only pet and hes pretty sure that he is the 'King of this castle' if you will. He is very confident that HE makes the rules around here! He must think Kyle and I are just his strange, live-in-landlords that feed him food and treats and sometimes force kisses on him. He has brought so much happiness to our lives and he seems to be very happy with us!
