Occupation/title/what you do: I am an associate at a public consulting firm but would like to get into event planning.

What motivated you to join the PAWS Chicago Marathon team?  I wanted to run for a cause and when I see homeless animals I want to rescue them all, this is more realistic!

Is this your first marathon? Nope, my third. I am hoping to qualify for Boston but we'll see!

On mile 20, what will you think of to keep going? Patrick (my awesome lab mix rescue) along with all the people who supported the "PAWS cause" and Boston!

What obstacles/fears/challenges are you overcoming by running the marathon?  
I have dropped 20 minutes off each of my marathon times and am hoping to train more effectively this time around and drop 30minutes, but finishing is always the first goal!

Why PAWS Chicago? I have always wanted to work with animals and help decrease the homeless animal population. PAWS is a great organization with great facilities and I am proud to help them continue to improve the welfare of animals across the state.
