What motivated you to join the PAWS Chicago
Marathon team? I've always wanted to run a marathon and
having a cause I believe in provided the motivation for me to finally do it.
Is this your first marathon? Yes,
it is my first and may be my last...we'll see if I survive or not.
On mile 20, what will you think of to keep going?
Drinking a cold beer while sitting in a hot tub
What obstacles/fears/challenges are you overcoming
by running the marathon? I like to take on a variety of
challenges in life whether work related, mental or physical. The marathon just
ups the ante on the physical challenge.
Why PAWS Chicago? PAWS is a great
organization run by dedicated and passionate people. It's the unwavering
dedication of the PAWS supporters that have made their organization such a huge
success. I'd like to contribute to that effort and the marathon is just one of
many ways to help.
How did you find out about the PAWS Chicago
Marathon Team? Oh, I believe it
was from a person very involved with PAWS that told me I had to join....end of
story.
