Obi's Story
We have changed his name to Lincoln and he is a blessing to our family! We are finishing up his dog training and he will be CGC certified very soon. Next step is to make him a therapy dog, something my husband cannot wait for. I still don’t understand why he was surrendered as he is wonderful. My cat, on the other hand, begs to differ. She just doesn’t understand why he wants to play! But, she deals with it and enjoys the occasional “I’m going to chase you and see how you like it”!
Lincoln is very well behaved and extremely smart. He enjoys the outdoors, especially the snow! He does very well in his crate when we are not home and has not had an accident in the house (only the first few days we had him when he was adjusting) since we have had him. He gets super excited when he meets new people! He loves belly rubs, peanut butter in his Kong and wags his tail every second. He adjusted quite well to our home and loves to nap while I’m working at home. We cannot imagine our lives without him.
