Hello, I'm Dexter
He was very scared when i got him. He didn't answer to ocelot so i just started calling him Dexter and he answered to that.
Dexter's Story
I have fostered cats for PAWS before. I have a 5 year old black female pug named weezy. I picked up Ocelot from PAWS on august 16th, he had been found on the street and turned into animal care and control on august 11th, which happens to be my birthday!
He was very scared when i got him. He didn't answer to ocelot so i just started calling him Dexter and he answered to that.
Dexter and Weezy warmed up to each other within about 4 days and have become buddies over time. I fostered him for about 4 or 5 weeks because he had an upper respiratory infection that took some time to get rid of before he could have surgery to be fixed. I had decided to adopt him by then and the foster to adopt period is over and it's official!
