Hello, I'm Jordie
From the moment that I brought Jordi home and she stepped out of her carrying crate into her bedroom, we both knew she had come to her “furever” home! She is just the sweetest, friendliest little cat and endlessly entertaining.

From the moment that I brought Jordi home and she stepped out of her carrying crate into her bedroom, we both knew she had come to her “furever” home! She is just the sweetest, friendliest little cat and endlessly entertaining. Fearless, she loves to explore everywhere and does not tolerate closed doors of any kind, cabinet, closet, and room doors are challenges to be overcome, with a little help from me of course, for her inspection tours.
Jordi seems to love people in general, expecting to be petted and made much over, which of course my friends do for the little princess. She responds especially well to my three neighbor children (aged 4, 6, and 8) and they love it. Amazingly, when my doorbell rings, rather than holding back or even hiding, she runs toward it to meet whoever it is and make a new friend. Definitely a lap cat she quickly greets everyone with a marking head butt and then drops to her side and back for a belly rub. She stretches up to be picked up and held as she did when she met the friend in the photo below.
Never far from me, Jordi settles down close to my activities ….She has some favorite spots for daytime napping beyond the bath mat, like her bed on the daybed in her room, the middle and top levels of the cat tower, and my bed, which she shares with me a good portion of each night as well (when she’s not grazing in her food bowl or doing her perimeter checks).
