Volunteers Needed at PAWS Chicago’s GusMobile Spay/Neuter Van

Volunteers are the heart and soul of PAWS Chicago and, in large part, enable PAWS Chicago to save more lives of homeless pets each day. Currently, we are in need of volunteers at the GusMobile, PAWS Chicago’s mobile Spay/Neuter van, which provides Chicago communities with spay/neuter services who are in the most need. Volunteering time at the GusMobile is a wonderful way to directly help PAWS Chicago’s effort to reducing pet overpopulation and preventing unwanted pets from being born.

The GusMobile, located in the Petco parking lot at 11720 South Marshfield, Chicago, operates each Sunday from May to October and offers a number of positions and volunteer hours to best suit your needs, specifically in driving awareness of the importance and benefits of spay/neuter among Petco patrons.

To learn more about the specific volunteer opportunities available at the GusMobile, please visit http://www.pawschicago.org/volunteer/volunteer-opportunities/. To sign up to volunteer or to sign up for a new volunteer orientation, please visit: http://www.pawschicago.org/volunteer/become-a-volunteer/ or contact Kinga Mucha at kmucha@pawschicago.org or 773-475-9425.

On behalf of the animals who will benefit from your support, thank you!
