Illinois Taking New Measure to Crack Down on Puppy Mills

The Illinois Senate is currently reviewing a proposed Puppy Lemon Law that would allow consumers to provide a refund, replacement or reimbursement of veterinary costs for animals purchased with a pre-existing or undisclosed disease or illness.
