Because PAWS Chicago does not receive any financial support from federal, state or local government agencies, we are 100 percent reliant on the generosity of animal-loving individuals like you. Friends of the North Shore Adoption Center have made generous contributions of $1,000 or more to help us continue our work finding homes for Chicago’s homeless pets. In recognition if their generous commitment, all Friends of the North Shore Adoption Center are recognized on our donor wall in the Welcome Center.
Please consider a donation today, and join us in making Chicago a No Kill community.
Friends $1,000 – $2,499
A gift in this range covers so much of the essential work done through our Rescue & Recovery Center. Just $1,500 is enough to save one sick or injured kitten and one sick or injured puppy. Donate
Guardians $2,500 – $4,999
On any given day, there are nearly 300 dogs and cats in PAWS foster homes because they are not yet prepared for adoption. Until they are in permanent homes, PAWS covers all food, medical attention, and medication necessary for their health and comfort. Your gift of $3,500 can support nearly 50 dogs and cats in their foster homes. Donate
Heroes $5,000 – $9,999
Many dogs coming to PAWS Chicago from our city’s shelters have never experienced a loving home, leading them to develop some special emotional or behavioral needs. Your donation of $7,500 would enable 10 dogs to have a one-on-one behavioral training program necessary to prepare them for the perfect home.
Champions $10,000 – $24,999
With the incremental adoptions made possible by the North Shore Adoption Center, our medical costs will duly increase. As a No Kill shelter, no medical need is too big. Donations of $10,000 will fund the medical care, treatment, vaccination and any surgery necessary to prepare all pets for happy, healthy adoptions.
Founder’s Circle $25,000 or more
A gift in this range has a tremendous impact in furthering our No Kill mission. Such generosity provides core operational support to safeguard our pillars of No Kill: spay/neuter, adoptions, and community education. Commitments of this level are payable over five years, and in recognition of such generosity, permanent naming opportunities are available.
