If you currently have plates and would like to change to
"I Am Pet Friendly" plates, it will cost $40. ($25
will go to the Spay/Neuter Fund; $15 will go to the Secretary of
State special plate fund) When you renew the "I Am Pet Friendly" license
plate, add $27 to the standard plate renewal fee. ($25 will go
to the Spay/Neuter Fund; $2 to the Secretary of State special
plate fund)
If you are purchasing "I Am Pet Friendly" plates
for the first time, it will cost $118. ($25 will go to the
Spay/Neuter Fund; $15 will go to the Secretary of State special
plate fund)
