Jimmy Dale was surrendered to the Cat Adoption Center by a family that kept him locked in a small room for months. His coat was matted and dirty and he was extremely sad. After PAWS Chicago volunteers worked with him, Jimmy was placed into a wonderful home with a friendly orange tabby companion cat.
