In late summer we sauntered into PAWS on multiple occasions looking at dogs that fit our color and disposition, and after having a few romps with the special ones in their room or in the play area still had not found the one that stuck us as “the one”. It wasn’t until we met Silver (fomerly known as Sydney) in August 2009 that we knew we had met the most magical, unique pup there was and our lives have been magical since that day. The first weekend we had her we took her to the Dunes and played in the sand, sun and water- not her favorite but she was a sport! Since, we have learned that fall seems to be her favorite season, as she burrows in the leaves and also that she loves the snowfall. We keep her long grey beard trimmed up and she couldn’t be more happy playing with some squeak toys and getting lots of love. We are so proud of her and pleased with the match. Thank you for being a wonderful organization that knows your animals!
