Split Pea

Oort is wonderful (PAWS name was Split Pea). She is playful and affectionate. She and her older brother, Kuiper (adopted from PAWS in August of 2008 and was known as Surrano) keep each other busy, they are companions. She has added a new dimension to our house that I couldn’t imagine living without. Kuiper is usually very quiet and shy. Oort is curious and friendly. They are a good match. Oort likes chasing bits of kibble tossed down the hall or antagonizing Kuiper. She has a favorite wand that she loves playing with. At night, Kuiper sleeps at the foot of our bed, but Oort likes to curl up on the pillow above my wife’s head. If one of us gets up early, Oort will remind us that she needs to be fed, then will return to bed to cuddle with the person still sleeping there. Our cats are happy and have a good life. We are very lucky to have such a good fit. Thank you PAWS for helping Kuiper and Oort have a chance and for giving us a
chance to find them.
