I just wanted to take a moment and thank your team for the outstanding job they did during my recent pet adoption!  PAWS had a mobile adoption center outside Wrigley Field about a month ago, and I was walking by and fell in love with a little puppy named Roy!  I had visited your facility before looking for the right addition to my family, but never found the one.  I instantly got along with the little guy and was lucky enough to snag him before someone else did (he’s pretty cute, so I’m sure there would have been some stiff competition).  It’s my first pet as a homeowner (I’ve only had one growing up on a farm), but your staff did a great job of preparing me and giving me pointers.  They even followed up via phone a few days later, and via email a few weeks afterwards.  I am happy to say that Roy and I are doing extremely well, and my entire family now uses that as an excuse to come visit me : )

I am very happy with the decision I made, and I look forward to many happy and healthy years as the proud PAWS owner!
