Marcello and Drusilla (PAWS Names Rembrandt and Dante)

Hi there,

Sorry it has taken me a while to get back to you with an update. Last fall my roommate and I adopted two kittens from your shelter, formerly named Dante and Rembrandt. We have named them (respectively) Marcello and Drusilla. They are doing great! They love each other and snuggle and play all of the time. We are so glad we chose to adopt both of them rather than just one. They keep each other company when we are not home.

We’ve learned which flavors of food they like…Turkey and Chicken. No Salmon for them :) Marcello likes to be the first one to eat, and even though we have two separate dishes for them, Drusilla just sits and waits for Marcello to finish before she starts eating herself. Me, being Marcello’s mom, feels bad but Dru still gets her food (eventually).

Marcello every night sleeps right on my shoulder, nuzzled in my hair…

Drusilla loves watching netflix on the computer with us..

We love them both so much!

I have attached a couple photos. It’s always a little difficult to see Drusilla because she’s black and blends in, but she’s there! Enjoy!

Thanks,
Allison
