Malia (PAWS Name Neena)

We are really enjoying our new dog that we adopted from PAWS. We have changed her name from Neena to Malia. We are in the midst of the training classes right now, with 4 under our belt. Malia is a great house dog! She does fine in the house and obeys basic commands such as sit, stay, up, paw. When we get her on the leash that is another story! The second we step outside she immediately begins to bark. She also has a hard time following at your side – she tends to pull. She has a short attention span outside and will chase anything that moves. We have been working on this with her while lots of treats!
My family has fallen in love with Malia and they treat her like a queen!!! She is a really sweet dog. I’m attaching a picture of my children with her. Thanks!
Kathy
