Jackson (Sheevers) is a very happy dog in his new home! He loves to walk (miles!) with his dog-brother Cody, visit the other dogs in the neighborhood, and lie outside all day if he can. We discovered that he likes very small spaces, so he has some new places in the house to hang out, especially his overnight corner behind my chair. He will stay there until I get up in the morning, and if I am not the first one up he will just stay there and wait. 

Here are some recent pictures to share. As you can see, he still LOVES getting his ears rubbed (but no belly rubs). He is still pretty laid back and takes a lot in stride, but he is better now at sticking up for himself if Cody tries to play alpha-male too much. Overall, he is a great dog and we all adore him.
