Snoopy is a debonair Collie mix looking for his forever home. With his sleek black fur and white chest, it almost looks like he is wearing a tuxedo! This dapper guy even has a mature and dignified personality to match. But don’t be fooled by his elegant appearance– Snoopy loves having fun and is always ready to party!

At 5-years-old, Snoopy came to PAWS in September after his owner of three years went back to work full-time, and didn’t feel that she had enough time to care for him. Snoopy loves people so much that he gets a little anxious when left alone, so a home where there is someone around most of the time would be ideal for him.

This social guy is good with dogs and doesn’t mind mingling with cats either! He gets along nicely with his furry roommate at the PAWS adoption center. Snoopy shares his toys well with other animals, and likes taking long strolls with his humans. He is good in the house and likes having an open crate to nap in. Snoopy is also house-trained, as long as he has adequate time outside to sniff around and do his business. At 5-years-old, he still likes having fun but would be a good choice for someone who is looking for a more laid-back dog.

Because Snoopy can be fearful of strangers on walks, he will do best in a quiet home with patient and experienced adopters. He is nervous around kids, due to some being too rough with him in the past.

With a low-stress environment, some time to settle in, and lots of love, Snoopy will make a terrific and loyal friend. Will you give him a place to call home?
