Lucky

Breed: DSH

Gender: Female

Age: 5 years

Claws: Yes

I'm Special: FIV+

Sometimes a name is more than just a name, and we think Lucky has certainly earned hers! Lucky is a 5-year-old, FIV+, tabby and white kitty who came to PAWS through the city’s Animal Care and Control department. But little Lucky is no ordinary kitty– this special girl only has one front leg! She doesn’t let that slow her down, however, and is always on the move with her absolutely adorable walk/hop. Being both three legged and FIV+, Lucky’s fate at the city pound would have likely been bleak, and PAWS jumped at the opportunity to intervene and help find this sweet girl her ‘furever’ home. Lucky loves to be close to her human companions, and will follow them around as she chirps and purrs… we think it’s just her way of saying ‘thank you’!

Lucky is very friendly and outgoing, and loves meeting new people. This social butterfly cannot get enough love and affection, and is content to snuggle with her human friends and purr the day away. She gets along with her FIV+ roommates here at the adoption center, and would do well with another FIV+ kitty in her new home, or would also be fine as a single cat. Lucky is full of warmth and love, and would like nothing more than a loyal companion who she can curl up next to for the rest of her life. This lovely lady would be the ‘purrrfect’ addition to any family… Can you give Lucky the life she’s only dreamed of?
