Professional Board

The mission of the PAWS Chicago Professional Board is to raise funds and awareness in support of PAWS Chicago.  Committee members will be expected to actively participate in the organization’s fundraising efforts and support PAWS Chicago’s adoption, humane education and community outreach programs.

Current Members

As a PAWS Chicago Professional Board member, you are a direct line from the animals into the community.  Your role is to encourage participation from your network, including friends, peers, co-workers and local businesses.  You will become a true ambassador for our cause and a role model for helping homeless animals!

Professional Board Membership

Professional Board members are required to pay yearly dues of $75 per calendar year.  Members are expected to attend at least three out of four quarterly meetings per year, held on weekday evenings at the PAWS Chicago Adoption Center.

Additionally, board members are asked to fulfill a fundraising, volunteerism and participation minimum as well as attend a volunteer orientation meeting.
